Over the past few years, there has a been a rise in the amount and kinds of food trucks in New York City. From cupcake trucks, to gourmet grilled cheese trucks, the city has got it all. So it was no surprise to me when I found out about The Skate Truck NYC. The Skate Truck, a mobile roller skating facility, provides skate rentals and for those interested, skate lessons.
This summer, the truck will be rolling around to various New York City parks and in addition to skate rentals, they also offer customized social events such as private parties and fundraisers.
